What is your payment policy?
Once the order is placed, you would have to process the 50% of the payment and this will include GST. And the remaining balance is to be paid in full before the final delivery of the product. We follow an honest pricing policy and in case the price of the product fluctuates because of a change in material prices, you will be informed beforehand.
Do you offer a return or exchange?
In case the product arrives at your doorstep with a visible defect, then we do offer an exchange or return as per your convenience. But you have to revert to us within 2 days of the delivery and also we don’t follow a change of mind policy. So, refunds and exchanges will be processed only in case of defective items and that too only within the said time frame.
Do you offer product customisation options?
To cater to the furniture needs of every client, we offer customisable furniture options. You can provide us the design or style you have in mind and we will build it to the best of our capability. We use a variety of materials to build furniture including Teak wood, Sheesham wood, Mango wood, Pinewood, Cedarwood, Wrought Iron, and from them you can choose the one that best suits your liking.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We use third-party shipping services and charges would be as per the norms of the assigned company. The delivery charge would vary depending on the size and dimensions of the product which means that the delivery charge would be directly proportional to the size of the decor item or furniture that you have bought.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
We offer a 12 months warranty on all our furniture structures. But we don’t cover any damages caused by misuse or mishandling under our warranty.
What is your expected delivery time?
We promise a tentative delivery period of 5-10 days from the date of order placement and confirmation for Australian products. The exact timeframe would depend upon the area that you reside in.
In addition to this, the lead time for customised furniture is 60-120 days and are subject to change in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Are your products manufactured in Australia?
Yes, some of our products are manufactured in Australia. However, we also undertake our production work in our manufacturing unit in India.
