At Furniture Castle, we operate on a 100% upfront payment policy for all orders. Full payment, including GST, is required before an order can be processed, reserved, or dispatched.
In case the product arrives at your doorstep with a visible defect, then we do offer an exchange or return as per your convenience. But you have to revert to us within 48 hours of the delivery and also we don't follow a change of mind policy. So, refunds and exchanges will be processed only in case of defective items and that too only within the said time frame.
Furniture Castle uses reputable third-party logistics providers for all deliveries. Shipping charges are determined by the product's size, weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Larger and heavier items may incur higher delivery costs due to specialised handling and transportation requirements. Delivery fees will be calculated and communicated at the time of purchase.

Great Quality & Finish
It was a great experience dealing with furniture castle. Our beds look great quality and have an awesome finish to them. Very reasonable for pricing too! Did have some initial issues with the mattress fitting that were immediately looked at with full responsibility and fixed. Definitely would recommend this business.
