Flat Rate Delivery – Large Furniture Shipping
We offer a flat-rate freight service to most destinations across Australia, leveraging our network of trusted third-party logistics partners.
Key Points:
- Delivery costs are based on location, product size, and access conditions.
- Shipping estimates are provided prior to checkout, and freight charges are invoiced separately if needed.
- If your delivery involves rural/remote areas, multiple stairs, lift-only access, or restricted truck entry, an additional fee may apply. We’ll contact you if this is the case.
- Deliveries are conducted Monday to Friday only. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Local Pickup – Click & Collect
Customers are welcome to collect their purchases from our showroom via our Click & Collect service.

We’ll arrange quotes from our logistics partners. We do not charge any margin or commission on freight – our aim is to make delivery simple and affordable.
Small Items Under 20kg – Domestic & International
- Australia-Wide: Tracked delivery is available. A tracking number will be provided once dispatched.
- International Orders: Sent via Australia Post. For urgent shipping, please contact us directly.
Mirror Deliveries – Fragile Freight
If you require mirror delivery:
- We recommend using Pack & Send for professional fragile freight packaging and insurance.
- We also offer an affordable custom crate option for $25, which includes:
- Bubble wrap
- Open timber crate built in-house for transit support.
Note: Mirrors are shipped at the customer’s risk. We take all reasonable precautions to protect the item in transit.
